Goodlands Food Co. started with a single ghost pepper, grown in a West Philly community garden and blended into a first-batch hot sauce. What began as a gift for friends quickly became an obsession - one that turned into a growing lineup of bold, flavor-forward sauces.

Our name is a nod to the Woodlands Cemetery, home to the community garden where those first peppers took root. And our gingko leaf logo is a tribute to the ancient trees that symbolize both stability and change - just like the shifting seasons that inspire every small-batch sauce we make.
