We want you to love every bottle of Goodlands hot sauce you receive! If something’s gone wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’re happy to issue a refund or replacement — it’s up to you.
To help us make it right, please email us at hello@goodlandsfood.co within 7 days of delivery and include:

A photo of the shipping box and any damaged item(s)

Whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement
We’ll respond within 4-5 days and take care of the issue.
All Other Sales Are Final
Because we make our sauces in small batches and sell perishable goods, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or fulfillment errors.
